If you're not able to keep frozen, then at least refrigerated. Products should be pulled out of fridge and small quantities and set on display for retail supply as much as possible. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlthough we have not sent our product to the lab to be tested for shelf life  quality, we have done various vigorous experiments to test the shelf life and product freshness. Below are our recommendations and basic guidelines.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease remember, this is a very small batch, Artisan, Cottage Industry. We do not produce these products in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, or do we add preservatives.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese bars have been known to be left in boats and sheds for a whole year in the rugged terrain of Alaska, sustaining our fishermen who go fishing in Alaska every year.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlthough we don't recommend that.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe do recommend that you keep at room temperature for no more than three weeks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou can store in the fridge up to six months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou can keep and the freezer up to a year.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNow, these are our basic recommendations.
